    Ours are harvested every day and purged in seawater, so they are always fresh, plump, perky, and sand-free.

    - 25 clams per pound on average

    - Approximately a .75-1 inch shell

    Extraordinary! The clams we received were the pinnacle expression of this bivalve. Sweetness, soft texture, and beautiful clam/sea notes that were perfect with a linguini made from scratch. All guests raved!

    Manila Clams

    I ordered these for a Memorial Day Weekend BBQ. Ordered on late Wednesday night, clams arrived on Friday morning. I typically go with littlenecks from the east coast, but wanted to try something different. They were the hit of the party. Very meaty, extremely flavorful, and arrived in a flash, and in great shape. I'll definitely be ordering again and I highly recommend these!

    We love them

    I've ordered these for many years now and they just keep getting better. If we can't eat them all up in one sitting, they are still good the next day or since they are small, they make a great chowder. No chopping.
