With only four of us enjoying these wonderful clams, I made different recipes, miso clam soup, Spanish fiesta clams and pasta, and Asian-flavored clams. I'm not the greatest cook in the world, but all of the recipes worked great, and the clams...are all gone in three days. Sad.
The clams arrived on time and in great shape. The quality was excellent.
Arrived a day late no fault of Taylor, but the shipper. However, Taylor made it good by reshipping a new order. Cudos for fantastic customer service ! No doubt Taylor has a new customer in me. The clams were all good, although smaller than what I was used to. They were about 1 1/2” wide. What I expected was something a bit smaller than Little Necks, about 2”+. This made eating linguine con vongole, a chore.
