Manila clams
Arrived a day late no fault of Taylor, but the shipper. However, Taylor made it good by reshipping a new order. Cudos for fantastic customer service ! No doubt Taylor has a new customer in me. The clams were all good, although smaller than what I was used to. They were about 1 1/2” wide. What I expected was something a bit smaller than Little Necks, about 2”+. This made eating linguine con vongole, a chore.
