We order oysters and clams quite a few times through out the year. We live in Eastern Washington and they ship them. Always fresh and great. Highly recommend.
Amazing Clams
I lived in Seattle for most of my life, but moved away over a decade ago. I miss a lot about home, and fresh clams is high on the list. There was a great seafood market at the bottom of the hill I lived on and I was such a regular customer that they let me pick my own clams out of the tank. This order from Taylor came as if I was back there and picked them all myself! The clams were all small, just like I prefer (IYKYK!) and of the five pounds, only two were broken (probably in transit) and only one failed to open when steamed. They were delicious! I steamed them all at once and basically had an old-school potlach in my kitchen. It was as if I was transported in time and space to my days in Seattle. Thanks for the excellent clams and the memories. I will be buying again!
