Fat Bastard Oysters are the largest size of our premium Tide-Tumbled Pacific oysters. Grown since 2009, these oysters are cultivated in our tumbling bags that are affixed to floats, gently rolling with the natural tide to create smooth, deep cups.
By floating near the water's surface, Fat Bastard Oysters feed on the freshest algae, resulting in a bright, savory flavor with plenty of briny liquor.

Always a Hit
This is our third year in a row, buying oysters for Christmas Eve. This year did not disappoint. The oysters arrived well packed, on time, and were enjoyed by all. Thank you to Taylor Shellfish for making this such a fun and family tradition that we look forward to every year!
