Our product is flash-frozen within 48 hours after they are harvested.
You will receive:
- 30 Frozen Pacific Oysters, about 2” in length that already have their top shell removed.
- 1 Garlic Herb Butter
Yes, you can eat the Frozen Top-Off Oysters raw! Please thaw in the fridge before eating -- should take 12-18 hours.
