This is our 3rd or 4th order and we’ve always had a great experience and recovered great oysters! My only issue with our recent order is that I had requested delivery on New Year’s Eve so we could enjoy the oysters on New Years Day (something of a tradition). We were out of town until NYE and, due to shipping issues, Taylor informed us that they were shipping our order early for delivery the day prior to give FedEx the change to reattempt delivery. Unfortunately, we were scheduled to be out of town until our requested delivery date but FedEx delivered the package without the required signature. By the time we got home, half of our oysters had opened and couldn’t be consumed. While I appreciate that they were taking steps to ensure delivery by the requested date, it would have been nice to have received notification that this may have occurred prior to placing the order. However, the quality is always great so we will most likely be ordering again, just a little disappointed on this one.
