Original Ekone Smoked Oysters
By far the most expensive, and also the best, canned smoked oysters I've ever had. Nothing like the small, tightly packed oysters one usually finds in the sardine type cans. These are large and very flavorful, with very little oil so the flavor of the oyster, while subtle, is more pronounced, since oil doesn't degrade the flavor. The texture is less rubbery and mealy than some of the smaller, tightly packed units can have.
