Best canned smoked oysters...they are a nice size, the texture is firm, they are not packed to the brim with oil and the taste is clean and fresh, others are mushy, oily and the flavor profile is less than it should be and sourcing is sometimes questionable.
Of all the canned sea food products these oysters are my favorite! But then all of the smoked seafood products are excellent.
