    Many years ago I stopped in to a Bodega bay restaurant that had a fish market. I bought smoked oysters and they were the best ever. I searched for the source and couldn't find it but found Taylor. They are just like those I loved many years ago! Bravo!

    Smoked oysters

    received my order today and immediately tried a can. FANTASTIC!! The oysters are firm, savory, and aren't drowned in oil. Highly recommend and will buy again.

    Excellent smoked oysters. Had them for light supper with crackers and cream cheese with gala apple. Definitely ordering more to keep the pantry stocked.
