Very different than the Chinese dime sized oysters soaked in cottonseed oil that I have had for years, very good flavor, a little dry but Iam trying different sauces, olive oil , I only have flavored olive oil that is no good. Going to try with hot sauce next, Great product.

When i eat anything over 40% of the RDA for sodium ..my light tinnitus can get elevated. Nothing that bad, but slightly. This is 49% and so if you're sensitve to that be cautious. Inferior oysters from south korea do have less sodium per can.
