    smoked oysters

    I managed inspection and regulation of the shellfish industry, in Florida for a few years, so I have a little bit of qualification here. The quality is quite good but they are a bit over priced. I'll check with my peers and see if there is something a little more reasonable.

    The oysters are absolutely delicious. Size is somewhat small for the price. But again the product is amazing has great flavor. I'm sure we will order again

    I thought I'd maybe made a mistake waiting to try the plain smoked oysters until I eaten the smoked mussels and lemon pepper oysters, but NO, they are just as tasty even after those other 2 amazing treats. I know what everyone is getting for Xmas!!!
