COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place thawed cakes directly in a well oiled, preheated oven safe pan on medium to high heat. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Move to oven and cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees (roughly 5-7 minutes).
