COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place thawed cakes directly in a well oiled, preheated oven safe pan on medium to high heat. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Move to oven and cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees (roughly 5-7 minutes).

We live in an area with access to the best crab in the world so these were a disappointment, over seasoned could not taste the crab

I had you send some to friends-second time and the raved about them. I bought some direct from your store to try them. They are in a sealed bag but expected them to be vac sealed. They were good but found the added ingredients masked the crab somewhat. A very nice product though and would send again.
