    Delicious Taste!

These mussels had an incredible taste, subtly sweet and fresh. I was surprised at how good they were. We cooked them in a butter and white wine sauce and they were fantastic.

Fresh and delicious. The best we ever had. Made a classic French mussels dish with cream, white wine, garlic, shallots and parsley. Served with crusty bread.
