    Our whole purged geoduck is shipped live to protect its flavor and texture.  

    The neck or siphon has a deliciously sweet taste and the crisp texture of a cucumber is excellent served sashimi style.  The belly has a mild taste and is usually served pan fried, steamed or stewed.  

    Geoduck is the world's largest burrowing clam and is prized at sushi bars because it pairs well with other flavors.

    Absolutely fantastic experience with this company all around! The geoduck arrived alive and on time and was absolutely delicious. It’s actually my new favorite food, lol. If you’re on the fence about ordering from Taylor get off the fence and do it! Great food and great service.

    First time trying geoduck. Ordered 2. They arrived alive and packaged properly. We ate some raw, then fried clam strips. Outstanding. Thank you. I'm a customer for life !

    Perfect splurge

    We bought a couple of these to do a small "start of gardening season" feast. I've not really done much with a Geoduck but it came out awesome, as sashimi and fitters. Packing was perfect, it all arrived quickly and safely.

    Excellent product! Cleanest, best tasting geoduck I've ever eaten. Shipment was extremely well packaged and after sale communication is 2nd to none. They say that you can't have good,fast and cheap but Taylor somehow pulls it off.

    Fresh and Tasty

    Apparently 2 lbs is not that big (~10in)... so order TWO if you have 6+ people. The geoduck was fresh and sweet. I sashimi'ed the tongue and saved the soft parts for soup. Everybody loved it.

    Received geoduck and oysters as ordered. I was a little disappointed that the one side of the geouduck shell was smashed. The smashed shell did not fortunately alter the taste when prepared.

    Sent a geoduck for Fathers Day. More as a joke than anything else as my dad had previously said he would never eat one although he has enjoyed razor clams. It arrived as promised , still alive. They prepared as sashimi for my mum and as com chowder for dad. It was a big hit ! Thank you Taylor Shell Fish.
