Best Garlic Butter Clams.
What a fun and delicious meal with holiday guest. Clams were perfectly sweet. I added clam juice and extra wine with the butter so we had a delicious broth to soak our bread in. A 5lb bag was perfect for 5 adults, salad and 2 orders of Crab cakes. You could easily make clam linguine. - next time. Order was well packed and delivered on time. So lucky to have access to such fresh a delicious seafood.
