    Manila clams

Quality was not in issue but clam size was. The actual clam meat averaged at about the size of a dime, some smaller If you expect/like this size, then you will be very happy with this product. I prefer a larger "quarter" (inch) sized clam. (meat)

    Manila clams

We ordered these for the second time to serve for pescatarian neighbors who have a hard time finding amazing seafood here in the desert. As with the first time, these were delightfully petite and tasty steamed in a white wine and garlic broth. The first 5 lb had just one broken shell. This time 2 were damaged and 2 shells were empty. A great product!

    Wonderful little delights

We made a Portuguese stew with our clams in our Instapot. They were fantastic! It was super easy and delicious!

    Manila Clams

Yes, I am a convert. I bought the clams for a special occasion to surprise my partner who is a clam lover. We cooked Ms. Nguyen’s recipe but with clam broth (Bar Harbor) instead of broth. Fabulous with a crusty French Bread.

    Manila Clams

Our order was very fresh. The clams were small and sweet, with only two broken shells in 5 lbs. We added a little vermouth to the steaming water this time, and they were delicious.
