    Manila Clams

    We live in a small mountain town in southwest Colorado that could accurately be described as a food and restaurant desert. Needless to say, you can’t get clams here. We found out about Taylor Shellfish through Lynch Creek Farms and decided to give them a try. We ordered 15 pounds of clams for a Holiday splurge. They were delivered on time and after steaming them, they may have been the best clams we have ever had. We could not be happier with the purchase.

    Manila clams

    Fixed them Christmas afternoon and they were great! We had four people eating the 5 lbs. and it was more then enough! Delicious. They were in the fridge for 5 days and were just perfect! Thank you!

    Manila clams

    The Manila clams arrived very well pack and they were all fresh they arrived on a Thursday , with half of clams I made a Portuguese dish that day and with the other half I sautéed them for an appetizer on Saturday. That’s how fresh they were!!!

    Manila Clams

    When I was a girl, my grandmother and grandfather lived next to the Taylor’s. My grandfather had Post Oyster Co. So, I was raised eating clams and oysters and went to school with the Taylor’s. The clams today are just as delicious as they were back in the 50s, 60s, 70s, etc. and have continued to be so good that I finished my 15 lbs in less than 2 days! Wish I could afford to do this every month. They are much smaller that the ones we dug growing up, but taste just as good. If you want good seafood, Taylor’s can’t be beat.

    Manila Clams

    This product came all the way to Maine, arriving on time and in great shape. They were the hit of our seafood feed. My only regret was that I did not order twice the amount I got. Thank you very much.

    Clam & Oyster Fest

    Our Clams were awesome, as always , the perfect appetizer for our Family oyster fest. Tender sweet delicious!! Look forward to doing it again !

    MANILA CLAMS

    I have ordered the Manila Clams several times, always very good, and flavorful. They arrive very clean and pretty much ready to cook. I do soak them in cold water with sea salt for about 30 minutes than rinse - ready to cook!!

    These guys are delicious, but smaller than I expected. It takes a bunch of them to make meal.
