The Manila clams arrived very well pack and they were all fresh they arrived on a Thursday , with half of clams I made a Portuguese dish that day and with the other half I sautéed them for an appetizer on Saturday. That’s how fresh they were!!!
When I was a girl, my grandmother and grandfather lived next to the Taylor’s. My grandfather had Post Oyster Co. So, I was raised eating clams and oysters and went to school with the Taylor’s. The clams today are just as delicious as they were back in the 50s, 60s, 70s, etc. and have continued to be so good that I finished my 15 lbs in less than 2 days! Wish I could afford to do this every month. They are much smaller that the ones we dug growing up, but taste just as good. If you want good seafood, Taylor’s can’t be beat.
This product came all the way to Maine, arriving on time and in great shape. They were the hit of our seafood feed. My only regret was that I did not order twice the amount I got. Thank you very much.
