Really enjoyed the quality and sweet briny taste of these very fresh and fatty oysters. Was very pleasantly surprised on the larger than expected size. Received the oysters cold so packing was excellent and overcame shipping in Texas heat. Will do again!! Very good experience with this company.

We ordered these to make oyster stuffing. They were awesome! The meat was the size of large Chesapeake oysters, no "medium" about it. The flavor was great, sweet and briney, and I don't think my dad's stuffing has every tasted so good.
