Each piece is carefully prepared and sold by weight, averaging between 0.48 – 0.52 lbs.

Everything perishable is shipped with plenty of frozen gel ice packs (dry ice for frozen products). During the checkout process, you can select the delivery date of your choice from a calendar of available days. We offer delivery Tuesday-Friday and everything is harvested fresh to order.
