Think crab cakes… but with geoduck! These savory patties feature chopped geoduck and crisp bacon blended with herbs and seasonings, ready for you to pan-sear at home until perfectly golden. Each frozen cake cooks up beautifully, giving you a restaurant-quality balance of sweet shellfish, and comfort-food flavor.

Each singular cake is 2.7oz. **CONTAINS BACON**

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place thawed cakes directly in a well oiled, preheated oven safe pan on medium to high heat. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Move to oven and cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees (roughly 5-7 minutes).
