These Pacific oysters are harvested from our farms in Washington State, then carefully brined and smoked with a natural hardwood blend that brings out their rich, savory depth.

Unlike our tinned offerings, this pack is perishable and must be kept refrigerated. Ideal for a quick snack, charcuterie board upgrade, or your next picnic spread—just peel and enjoy, no prep required.

Everything perishable is shipped with plenty of frozen gel ice packs (dry ice for frozen products). During the checkout process, you can select the delivery date of your choice from a calendar of available days. We offer delivery Tuesday-Friday and everything is harvested fresh to order.

FedEx 2day: $25 Flat rate fee
FedEx Overnight: $50 Flat rate fee

Region 3 (rest of the country):
FedEx 2day: $40 Flat rate fee
