COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place thawed cakes directly in a well oiled, preheated oven safe pan on medium to high heat. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Move to oven and cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees (roughly 5-7 minutes).

I send my parents in New England various Taylor Shellfish items for the holidays and was excited to see this limited item available to ship during the 2023 holiday season. They were very happy with the crab cakes saying that each cake was full of delicious crab, lightly coated with crumbs, and nicely seasoned. I only wish they were available for pick-up from the Seattle locations!
These carb cakes are great! Growing up in Delaware and being adjacent to Maryland, I have always known great crab cakes. That being said, these are the best that I have tasted and I have tasted other Dungeness crab cakes. I simply fried them in butter in a cast iron pan and they came out perfect every time.
Crab Cake arrived as promised, frozen rock solid. Defrosted in Refer 8hrs. lightly seared and then cooked a few minutes. Served hot. Excellent taste, texture and abounding in crab.
