These were perfect for our New Year's Eve party of four. We made fresh tagliatelle with clams and followed Emeril's recipe (loosely). We devoured it all. No leftovers. One guest said it was the best she'd ever had. Thanks so much for the freshest oysters and clams over the years!
I placed an order for clams for Christmas Eve to be delivered on December 23. It is now Christmas night and we’re still waiting for our order to arrive. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. They have a great product when you get it.
