Arrived early, cooked clams with butter, herbs, garlic, onion and celery, broth delicious…saved the rest for the next day and made the best clam chowder. Thank you Taylor shellfish, will definitely buy again.
Please allow me to dedicate this to my wife Phát and Chef Xinh Dwelley gone but forever in the spirit of “sisterhood”. I truly enjoyed my trip yesterday taking 50 minutes to drive 46 miles from Puyallup to Taylor Shellfish Farms to purchase 5# of clams. As always a great reward of the best Manila clams. Been shopping at Taylor for perhaps 15+ years and never a disappointment. My only regret - not being able to enjoy a delicious meal with my wife at Xinh’s Clam & Oyster House.
