Tuna Tonnato

Ekone Tonnato - makes about 2 cups

Ingredients:

• 1 Can tuna
• 3/4 C Mayonnaise
• 2 T fresh lemon juice
• 1/3 C Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
