Ekone Smoked Mussels are crafted with care, sourced from our own Taylor Shellfish mussel farm in Totten Inlet, South Puget Sound.
Our commitment to quality begins with the care we put into the regenerative farming of the our mussels. Once harvested, cleaned, and steamed our premium mussels are lightly brined to enhance their natural flavors before undergoing a slow, cold smoking process. Honed over generations, this method imparts a delicate smokiness that perfectly complements the mussels' inherent umami.
