Arrived a day late no fault of Taylor, but the shipper. However, Taylor customer service made good by replacing with a new shipment! Cudos to them and a new loyal customer by me. The frozen cleaned geoduck would be recommended over the live ones. You get more meat with less work. There is no noticeable difference in flavor. We ate it sashimi style. Definitely delicious!!
This was one of my son in laws Christmas gift. He loves seafood. He and my grandsons cooked it and made the recipes he got from your site. They really enjoyed it and he posted it all in facebook. He still has the razor clams in the freezer. I am very pleased and they had a great meal. Now to think of something to top this for next year.
