Not properly sealed packaging
The package wasn’t sealed properly, so everything inside has condensation and is starting to thaw. I’ve left two messages but haven’t received any response—very disappointed.

Living in E WA, I didn't think I can eat goeduck sashimi! But now I can eat it whenever. They are very good and no fuss.
Geoduck
This was my 4th order in a year. Very high quality product shipping lightning fast and in perfect condition. I make a seafood saute with this and Octopus from Ekone. European butter and seafood sauteed in French Chablis, morel mushrooms with cream and fresh herbs. I just with I could find a sustainable source of Abalone now. I'm happy as a clam.
