    Champagne & Shells is a new opportunity to savor the finest seafood, paired with exceptional champagne and whiskey, in a stunning coastal setting- a curated evening blending aquaculture, fine beverages, and the natural beauty of Samish Bay. This exclusive gathering invites just 50 guests to immerse themselves in a night tide celebration that marries the elegance of champagne with the rich flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

    Your evening begins with a scenic champagne reception on the tide flats, complete with caviar topped Kumamotos, a luxurious raw bar and wood-fired seafood skewers. Stroll our iconic farm on a guided tour and revel in the serene beauty of Samish Bay. As the night progresses, the celebration continues at our Samish Oyster Bar that sits on our farm, where a feast of coastal delicacies and perfectly crafted beverages await.

    Capacity: Exclusively for 50 guests

    Transportation Provided and Required: Departure from Seattle ONLY. Bus will leave from Seattle at Northgate transit center east park and ride lot (3rd Ave NE &, NE 103rd St, Seattle, WA 98125) at 5:30 pm to arrive at Samish at 7:30pm. Return to Seattle Northgate at 11:30pm
