Moonlight, waders, headlamps, and all the oysters you can dream of - it’s time for Night Tide Soiree 2026!
Escape the city and follow the glow of lanterns down to the beach for a Pacific Northwest night tide experience! Come out with our team at our Samish Bay Farm just south of Bellingham, WA. Our Night Tide Soiree is an exclusive event for a fabulous night tide party filled of oysters, beautifully paired beverages, and delicious dishes to warm you up!
Bring your headlamp, boots, and all-weather gear to experience an evening of oyster slurping around a roaring bond fire right on the beach and under the moon. Once you arrive, we will hand you a glass of wine or beer, a shucking knife, and let you wander our farm along a lantern-lit path picking all the fresh oysters your heart desires. Once you’ve found your perfect oysters, learn how to shuck from our experts, or visit our shuckers at their station and slurp down as many as you can! Our grills will also be fired up to keep your belly’s warm with a beautiful menu created by our team!

As in years past, ALL GUESTS MUST TAKE ONE OF THE BUSES TO AND FROM THE EVENT.
- January 30th bus will be available from Seattle Only
- February 27th bus will be available from Seattle AND Bellingham
- Seattle Pick Up at Northgate transit center east park and ride lot (3rd Ave NE &, NE 103rd St, Seattle, WA 98125) at 5:15 pm to arrive at Samish at 7:00pm. Return to Seattle Northgate at 11:30pm
- Bellingham Pick up at Lincoln Creek park and ride (800 Lincoln St. Bellingham, WA 98229) depart at 6:20 to arrive at Samish at 7:00pm. Return to Lincoln Park and Ride at 10:30.
Since our shellfish harvesting crews will be busy working in the bay, there will be no personal vehicles allowed on site.
This is going to be a fabulous adventure and we can’t wait to share our world with you!
