5 lbs Manila Clams
30 Pacific Oysters
2 Pints Shucked Pacific Oysters
Our holiday gatherings always start with shellfish. Begin with freshly shucked Pacific Oysters. Enjoy them straight out of the shell, 'naked' as we like to call them, or add a simple mignonette. Steam the clams and serve with crusty bread to soak up all the yummy juice. Lastly, pan fry the shucked oysters.
