Cooking Instructions (from frozen): Air Fryer: Preheat to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat each cake in either olive oil or cooking spray and cook for 20 minutes, flipping half way through. Stove Top: In a large pan, heat 1/4 inch cooking oil on medium heat. Add oyster cakes to pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
